Just the Ten of Us at the Movies

Today is a special day in history: it marks five years of The Daily Ping, the world’s most respected source of information on toilets, Oreos, Gwen Stefani, and Raven-Symone. To mark this moment in time, for the first time EVAR, Paul and Ryan are teaming up for today’s yearly Just the Ten of Us Ping.

Ah, Just the Ten of Us. Where would we be as a human race without it? The show set the gold standard for television comedy for years, and its effects are felt to this very day.

But what about the influence of the show’s stars? We know Jo Ann Willette, Deborah Harmon and Bill Kirchenbauer have gotten formal Ping shout-outs, but what about the others? For this very special Ping, we’ve compiled a list of all movies and TV movies the show’s stars have been in.

We’ve also marked which ones we’ve seen. Ryan’s are marked with the trendy “@” symbol, while Paul’s worked with the exciting asterisk. Titles that aren’t in bold are ones neither of us have seen, which means we’ve got a lot of catching up to do before our 10th Anniversary.

So as we continue on towards our 2000th Ping, Ryan and I are pleased to make an announcement suitable for Coach Lubbock. In 2005, we will be releasing a very special tome, one that can be kept next to your toilet when it needs plunging. Yes, it’s The Book of Ping! Our very first mystery novel. But since we can’t write mysteries, we’re choosing Ping-related goodness instead. We’ll be providing more details over the next few days (and weeks.) As always, thanks for being a part of such a vocal community of toilet supporters.

Love and kisses,
Paul and Ryan

“In 2005, we will be releasing a very special tome, one that can be kept next to your toilet when it needs plunging.”

By “2005” we really meant “between 2005 and 2025.” We regret the error.

What is this then?

The Daily Ping is the web's finest compendium of toilet information and Oreo™® research. Too much? Okay, okay, it's a daily opinion column written by two friends. Did we mention we've been doing this for over ten years? Tell me more!
