I admit: I do not take vitamins every day.
I've had a checkered history with vitamins. When I went on a big diet in the 6th grade, one of the things I needed to do was take a vitamin every day. So I took one from Walgreens, and it was a big, gigantic horsepill that tasted awful. I never liked the vitamin and once the supply ran out I stopped taking them.
Since then I've felt that I should take vitamins but haven't found anything that meets my "not taste awful" criteria. It's so bad that if I get that Standard Vitamin Taste in my mouth I start to feel a little ill. Not illin', but ill.
I tried out a multivitamin from Trader Joe's last week but it tasted really bad. I think the problem is that I either want a taste-neutral vitamin, a capsule, or a good tasting vitamin... like a Flintstones vitamin. Anyone know if I can get that in a daily men's formula?
Incidentally, vitamins for kids? So much better nowadays. They've got everything in gummy form. You know, adults like gummy bears, too.
