The Daily Ping

There were rumors of a Ping book, but those were started on the internet.

ClockSync

Something that doesn’t exist, but should. Pronto.

I’m tired of having 18 clocks in my house (really, I’m not sure if it’s 18, but it feels like it) and having almost none of them in sync with each other. The clocks on various devices need a way to sync up – so I can just set the time in one place and have everything from my oven to my stereo reflect that.

ClockSync is the idea. A remote control or wall-mounted unit where one sets the time or – better yet – the ClockSync matches the time on your PC or Mac. Thus, you can have your computer’s clock set to the “official” time, and all of your devices will follow suit.

What do you think? Should it include a salad spinner for good measure?
