Breakfast to Go

It seems like it’s getting harder and harder to get up early, so I find myself rushing to get out the door to work. Usually this means I don’t have time to sit down and eat breakfast, so I try to grab some sort of decent breakfast-to-go. Occasionally, this will be a piece of toast with peanut butter and jelly, sometimes a smoothie I made the night before, or occasionally a piece of fruit. This morning I actually put some soy milk in a small bowl and brought cereal with me to have when I got to work.

What’s your favorite breakfast-to-go? -ram

I like a banana when I'm driving because I can throw the peel out the window and it don't hurt nothin'.

I keep some yogurt, applesauce, and carnation instant breakfast at work so I can always have a little something. There's also a hole-in-the-wall place next door that cooks up some nice scrapple-grease soaked eggs.

I enjoy a good soy protein shake made with rice or soy milk. it has all the benefits of a multivitamin plus protein, and it's low fat, no cholesterol, and there's calcium in the protein powder AND in the milk. can't beat it!
