Because dairy is not part of the traditional fare in east Asian countries. Plus, a very large percentage of southeast Asian women (I'm talking 98%+) are lactose intolerant. Not sure about men, but I think it's a similar percentage.

BTW, I don't think you can make cheese from women's breasts, but you can make cheese from women's breast milk. It's very expensive to get, but there are some crazy French monks who make it--maybe they're Belgian, not sure.

Last dairy fact: Hog's head cheese, spicy or mild, is not really cheese--nor is it even dairy. It's like really gross casingless sausage--sort of like spam but it's made of ground hog head flesh--you know tongue, nose, eyes, all that. It's not ground up very finely, either. You can see it in the package--blechh. But, if hog head cheese is cheese, then I guess you could make cheese like this out of human breasts, but you'd probably get in a lot of trouble.
