I’ve written before about alarm clocks and snoozing, but here’s a question: if your alarm clock isn’t set and you go to bed at a “normal” time, what time does your “internal alarm” wake you up first? Not necessarily to wake up for good, but the first time your eyes open and you look at the clock…
Today I woke up at about 7:30, even after having gotten to bed late. I knew that I had an alarm set for 7:45, but my body woke me up before that, probably because during the workweek, I usually have alarms going off by 7:20 or so.
The body’s an amazing thing… and I haven’t had to replace my batteries yet.
