A Tennessee man was kicked by a cow named Planet Hollywood, sued the owner of the cow (his father-in-law), and was awarded $800,000. There are so many weird things in that previous sentence, I’m going to end the paragraph here to let you soak it all in.
Oddly, though, a relative of my own was kicked by a mule as he was plowing. He (my relative, not the mule) was 105 years old at the time, so needless to say, he didn’t survive the kick.
Apparently being kicked by a cow or kicked by a mule isn’t altogether uncommon, either. Sometimes I just feel like I’ve been kicked by a cow or a mule.
