I’ve written about the stellar customer service from Lands’ End before. I was reminded today of just how good those folks are at this stuff.
A few weeks back I had ordered a shirt from their new Canvas line, and I ended up liking it quite a bit. Today in the mail I received a small card addressed to me from… Lands’ End. The envelope was hand-written as was – ready? – the thank you note inside. That’s right! They thanked me for buying their shirt (and the person who wrote the card called it a favorite.) Included was an email address for further comments.
How smart is this, anyway? It makes me feel better about my choice and, naturally, I’ll tell anyone who will care to listen. Good stuff!
