Regional grocery store Wegmans wins one over every other grocery store I’ve ever been in. How?
They label their “express lines” as “10 items or fewer” instead of the regular, grammatically incorrect “10 items or less.” Bravo! (Note that Grammar Girl uses this very example under “Memory Tricks.”)
