I went to a mall.
I had mostly avoided going to malls during the holiday season, having purchased almost all of my gifts online. But I had some free time and thought I’d take a bit of a stroll around a mall and its surrounding neighborhood. Big mistake.
However, I did find a nearly-empty coffee shop. That certainly helped.
