It’s been a good long while since I’ve won anything. One of my best friends won front row tickets to a Tom Petty concert the other day, and since then I’ve been scratching my noggin trying to recall my last reward for luck.
Now, I did win a contest on a music site… but as of yet, I haven’t received any prize for this luck. I’m sure it’s forthcoming. Before that, the only thing I can recall is winning a free bowling party for up to 10 people at a suburban bowling alley. I simply dropped my business card in the fishbowl – you know the drill – and a week later, boom, free bowling and pizza.
