With a new year comes a chance to talk about new topics. Of course, I’d rather just talk about the same old ones. Like toilets.
Thanks to a Ping commenter for pointing out that heated toilet seats are now in the grasp of us mortals. The Kohler French Curve Heated toilet seat is available at your nearby neighborhood gigantic chain hardware store and will keep your buns toasty in the coldest weather. It heats up to 25 degrees above room temperature and uses a mere 15 watts of electricity. Of course, the fear always is that the toilet seat will heat up too much and singe your rearskin. But no worries here! The Kohler 4649 makes sure the seat doesn’t go above 104 degrees.
