Today I am drinking Wush Wush tea, a fine, strong tea grown in the highlands of Ethiopia. Wush Wush Tea Plantation is located 1900 m above sea level with 1249 hectares dedicated to tea and 977 growing eucalyptus, which is used for drying tea at the plantation factories. Its flavor is like that for a strong Assam, but with spicy hints that do indeed remind one of an Ethiopian restaurant.
That is the story of Wush Wush (but not George B. Wush).
