Hard to believe, but there are other sites that do things on the web every day. I know, I know. Break out your tissues.
Probably the best site of its kind is The Daily Puppy. It’s a simple concept: every day, pictures of puppies. That’s it. Comments, sure; ratings, sure. But it’s just about the incredible cuteness of puppies and nothing else. How great is that? As a bonus, seeing these puppies every day… gives me a lift. Really. I feel refreshed and energized, ready to take on the day. It’s like puppy caffeine.
(Of course if you’re a cat person there’s probably something out there for you somewhere.)
