Given that this is an all-chocolate weekend, I figured I’d tackle the subject of the Best Chocolate Available.
Recently a few friends and I visited a local shopping emporium, which included a chocolate store. But not just any chocolate store – Neuhaus Chocolates. Allegedly, this was some of the best chocolate money could buy. I got to experience this chocolate, which a friend claimed “was to fucking die for”. My thoughts? It was very, very good. Very. But it wasn’t the best chocolate I’d ever had; in fact, I don’t think I could name a chocolate that was the best overall. Neuhaus had a great consistency and fairly good texture, but the flavor was too subtle for my tastes.
