This year we were kind of lame and didn’t carve any pumpkins, though we had bought a few small ones. But now that Halloween’s passed, the question comes up: what do we do with the pumpkin?
A couple years ago we made pumpkin chocolate chip cookies that were really good, but last year I think we just ended up dumping them. Have you ever done anything particularly creative with leftover pumpkins?
