I stumbled across a mighty fine cookie the other day and I want to share it with you. The brand is Mi-Del (sorry, their official site is in transition) and the cookie is Vanilla Snap.
Imagine, if you will, a cookie that is ginger snap in consistency but Nilla Wafer in taste.
I really miss Nilla Wafers, so needless to say, I’m in heaven. These things are phenomenal. And not nearly as bad for you as Oreos (or Tuxedos)!

Dave — They have egg and whey in them, so they’re on my no-list. But these Mi-Dels more than make up for it (they may even be better than Nilla Wafers).
