Oreos, Part 9: Milk Changers, the Return of Magic Dunkers

Last year Paul mentioned Oreo Magic Dunkers, Oreos that change the color of your milk when you dunk them. They went off the market relatively quickly, but it appears (and this answers your question, Robert) they have returned as “Milk Changers.” The ones I saw were an orangey-color and would make your milk develop red swirls if you dunked 3 or 4 Oreos in. Of course, I felt it my duty to give them a shot. Honestly, they were pretty disappointing. Perhaps my cookie-to-milk ratio was off, but it just ended up looking like I had soaked a used Band-Aid in my milk for a few minutes.

Interesting note: on June 10, 2000 Paul covered the original Magic Dunkers. On June 10, 2001, Paul covered another Oreo-related topic where Robert questioned about the current status of the milk changing Oreos. -ram
