The Daily Ping

There were rumors of a Ping book, but those were started on the internet.

The Brunching Shuttlecocks

I was blessed with finding this site via Pop Culture Junk Mail (a great blog in its own right.) The Brunching Shuttlecocks is perhaps the funniest thing I’ve seen on the web since Zug – and it’s been a while since Zug has been updated.

It’s funny! It’s humorous! It’s hysterical! -pm

Man, I'm glad this Ping resurfaced, for the Shuttlecocks still have their archive up - even though the site was last updated in 2003. Nice.

It's comic genius, too: ratings of Canadian snacks is still funny to me. So either the site is still funny, my humorous tastes haven't changed in six years, or... both.

Wow, I'd forgotten about them. Their ratings kept me in tears for weeks and weeks as I worked through their archives. I even bought their Book of Ratings. Well worth it for some poor offline persom.

What is this then?

The Daily Ping is the web's finest compendium of toilet information and Oreo™® research. Too much? Okay, okay, it's a daily opinion column written by two friends. Did we mention we've been doing this for over ten years? Tell me more!
