Oreo Magic Dunkers

A few weeks back, the trap was set via a TV commercial: new Magic Dunkers Oreos. They actually turn your milk blue! When you dunk the cookie, it adds blue swirls to your milk. These cookies are incredibly neat and work as advertised.

Milk. Source of many a moustache

Before: a simple glass of 2% milk. White, clean, some bubbles. It’s ignorant as to the massive, sweeping changes that it is about to undergo….

That's no fungus - those are blue swirls, son

After: Blue swirls (and chocolate cookie bits) everywhere! The swirls kind of stagnate in the milk, and just sit there when you’re not actively dunking.

All this free entertainment, plus that great Oreo taste you love. Can’t beat that, can you? My favorite part of the package was on the flap:

Hey Moms, your kids will have so much fun with Oreo Magic Dunkers they might even get blue on their teeth, tongue and fingers! Don’t worry, this is harmless and washes off fingers with soap and warm water.

Now if we can somehow get this into the organic Oreos, I’d be very very happy. -pm

I was disappointed by them since they forced me to eat more and more Oreos, which was a problem to begin with. At least they function just like regular Oreos in that I can eat them.

I'm now wondering if the blue ingredient isn't some type of appetite control device: these things do seem to go down easier than regular Oreos, though I've found they're harder to twist apart.

I think we're all drawing ever closer to the poison Oreos. Then we will realize the folly of our ways.

Oreos are a poor mans excuse for a dessert product.,
