On my way to State College, PA tonight I drove on what may be the mostunder-construction road in the United States. We passed a "construction: next 12miles" sign and about 12 miles later passed a "construction: next 16 miles sign,"culminating in a series of bizarre twists, turns, "lane shifts," and merges.
Have you ever encountered any particularly under-construction roads who never actuallyhave construction workers on them? – ram
